Buying a weighing scale in Sri Lanka
Start with what you will do with the reading. If you sell goods by weight, you need a trade-approved scale that is stamped every year. If you weigh for production, packing or counting, a non-trade industrial scale is enough. Then choose the capacity: the smallest that covers your heaviest item gives the finest reading.
